Atlas LLC assists Moroccan entrepreneurs in forming Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in the United States. Our services include LLC formation in Wyoming or New Mexico, EIN acquisition, registered agent services, US business address, and assistance with banking and payment gateway setup.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to form your LLC, including a valid passport copy and a clear description of your business activity. You must ensure your intended business is legal in both the United States and your country of residence.
All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (DH) and include the services listed in each package. Payment is required in full before we begin filing. We accept bank transfers, cash, and Wafacash. Prices may change without notice for new orders, but confirmed orders honor the agreed price.
Starter packages are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. Business packages are delivered within 5-7 business days due to additional banking and payment gateway setup. EIN delivery from the IRS typically takes 7-15 days after formation. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on state processing times and IRS workload.
Atlas LLC is not a law firm or tax advisor. We provide formation services only. For specific legal or tax advice regarding your LLC, please consult a qualified attorney or accountant. We are not responsible for delays caused by US state offices, the IRS, banks, or payment gateway providers.
While we assist with applications to Mercury, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments, final approval rests with these third-party providers. We cannot guarantee approval, as it depends on each provider's internal policies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
If you change your mind before we begin filing your LLC formation documents with the state, you are entitled to a 100% full refund. Simply contact us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment to cancel your order.
Once we have submitted your LLC formation documents to the state, refunds are no longer possible. State filing fees are non-recoverable, and our work to prepare and file your documents has been completed.
Banking and payment gateway services (Mercury, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify) are provided as part of Business packages. If a third-party provider rejects your application despite our best efforts, we will provide alternative recommendations but cannot offer a partial refund for these services, as our work has been performed in good faith.
EIN processing time depends entirely on the IRS, not Atlas LLC. Delays in EIN issuance do not qualify for a refund. We continue to follow up with the IRS until your EIN is issued.
